• Men aged 23 and above

• Candidates must possess in bachelor’s degree in engineering (related field) or equivalent
• Have a motorcycle/car license. 
• Strong analytical and problem – solving skill
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English as you required to provide training to customers.

Duties:

• Monitor equipment performance daily develop preventive maintenance measures on copiers.
• Engage with supervisor and technicians to complete given tasks within deadline
• Support the technical team during the maintenance and troubleshooting process
• Performing quality control and assurance check to ensure compliance with standard and specification
• Able to deliver simple technical training to customer
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot software issues
• Capable of solving IT problems (TeamViewer) such as support issues related to printing (servers, modems, routers)
• Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor  from time to time
